To make apple and orange salad, you will require:

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples, cored and diced
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 4 cups lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup nuts (like as almonds or walnuts), grilled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2-inch piece ginger, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How to make apple and orange salad:

1st, all mixes together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, honey, and pepper in a small bowl to make the vinaigrette dressing. Set aside.

2nd, place the lettuce, apples, oranges, ginger and nuts in a salad bowl. Transfer the vinaigrette dressing over the top and toss to evenly coat the ingredients.

3rd, serve the refreshing salad immediately, alongwith garnished with additional nuts if desired. This salad is best enjoyed fresh, it can be stored in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
